KidsOut is stepping up support children in need by introducing wellbeing workshops designed to empower them with the tools to navigate their emotions, alleviate anxiety, and find moments of peace amidst their stressful lives.

Led by professionals experienced in child psychology, these workshops offer children a safe space to learn to identify and manage their emotions. Through a blend of music, visualisation, goal setting, setting personal boundaries, and meditation, children are equipped with practical techniques to relax and cope with stress. From sleep difficulties to exam pressures, these methods have shown promising results in fostering a sense of calm and resilience among participants.

These sessions not only help address immediate mental health needs but also lay the foundations for long-term emotional well-being and resilience. In a time where half of all mental health conditions manifest before the age of 14 and early intervention is key to preventing future struggles, these workshops offer a beacon of hope for vulnerable children facing adversity.
