KidsOut hosted an event that saw children take part in a series of imaginative and hilarious challenges, inspired by the popular TV show, ‘Taskmaster’.
The children, who live in women’s refuges in London fleeing domestic abuse, were set fun, imaginative and creative tasks which helped develop their teamworking skills and inspire them, during this eye-watering, hilarious, fun-packed day.
From crafting contraptions to solving quirky puzzles, the children demonstrated remarkable creativity and resilience as they learned to foster collaboration with other children in a safe and supportive environment.
One child shared, “This was the best day ever. I loved all the challenges, and I made new friends too.”
KidsOut CEO, Sara Williams, said, “It is events like these that show the incredible potential of children when given the opportunity to thrive. The laughter and joy we saw today were truly heart-warming.”
We would like to thank our generous supporters and volunteers that made this day possible. The children left the event with wonderful stories to share for a long time to come.
