Rugby League invite over 600 disadvantaged children to Wembley Finals

In June, over 600 disadvantaged children from across the UK, attended the Betfred Challenge Cup at the iconic Wembley Stadium to watch three rugby finals.

The Rugby League who generously gifted the tickets, also provided fun activities for the children to participate in as part of their very special day. A special guest DJ ensured that the party atmosphere continued until the children finally set off home.

KidsOut received several messages from parents and children:

“We had the best day ever at Wembley.” Child aged 10.

“We have never had such an amazing experience and probably never will again.” Parent of a young boy.

“Best day ever!’’ Child aged 8.

“You made memories for my children that I know will last forever. Thank you so much” Mother of two boys.

“I could never have afforded this in a million years. My children have not stopped talking about it. I can’t thank you enough.”

What can we say Rugby League. The messages above say it all.
