KidsOut is launching a new and emotional campaign to raise awareness of the impact of domestic abuse on children.
The images will be limited to a small number of social media posts each month and will reflect the reality of what the children face before having to flee their homes and find safety in women’s refuges.
Whilst the charity has always restricted the use of imagery to reflect the positive wellbeing experiences it provides children after arriving in refuges, this campaign is intended to reach audiences not familiar with the charity’s work and to coincide with the documentary, “Her Majesty The Queen: Behind Closed Doors,” airing in November on ITV.
