May half-term saw our friends at the Mexican Embassy in London host an incredible ‘Come to Mexico for a Day’ Party.
The Mexican Ambassador to the UK, Josefa Gonzalez-Bianco Ortiz-Mena, invited 80 children and 40 adults from refuges, to join her at her official residence in London, where all guest enjoyed a disco, party games, and were able to play the Mexican ‘bingo-like’ game, Loteria.
The children were also able to decorate masks and get involved at the many activity stations that the Embassy had set up for the occasion. Everyone set off home after a fun-pack day with children each receiving their own Mexican goody bag.
