KidsOut’s Cardiff Question of Quizzes Gala Dinner was a great success, raising over £31,000 for the charity’s work with disadvantaged children throughout Cardiff. Over 300 people from Cardiff-based companies joined KidsOut at The Cardiff City Hall for a night of fun and fundraising on Friday 17th March 2023.

KidsOut were thrilled to welcome presenter Mike Osman as evening host and auctioneer for the Cardiff Gala Dinner, as well as the quizmaster.

In addition to the main quiz, guests could take part in two auctions. There were some fantastic items up for grabs in the silent auction and main auctions, including a tandem skydive for 1 at Swansea Airport, a signed framed poster by the legend Vinnie Jones from Snatch, a signed Manchester United shirt by 2022/23 squad, a signed Tyson Fury glove, and a 4 ball at St Pierre Marriott Hotel and Country Club. Perhaps the most exclusive item on sale was a fabulous 1-night stay in the Michelin Starred Hotel.

KidsOut would like to say a huge thank you to the Cardiff committee, as this event would not have been possible without their help and support. The money raised at this event will be used as vital funds to continue to supply Fun Days and Toy Boxes to disadvantaged children throughout Cardiff.
