April was a fantastic month for KidsOut, not only because of the beautiful weather but also due to the incredible success of the Gulliver’s toy drive held across four wonderful sites in the UK. The kindness and generosity of our donors and supporters have truly blown us away.

This year marked the second year of our partnership with Gulliver’s. The wonderful Gulliver’s staff were amazed at the generosity of the public and full of praise for our volunteers, noting their politeness and professionalism, which added to the joyful and fun atmosphere of the park.

At KidsOut, every volunteer is incredibly valued and we would like to extend special recognition to the volunteers at Gulliver’s Valley for their impeccable stacking of trolleys and cages. The award for best help, however, goes to the Warrington site, where four volunteers tirelessly helped load the van on the hottest day of the year so far!

We collected from the four Gullivers sites, Rother Valley, Matlock, Milton Keynes and Warrington, an impressive 3,903 toys, a 72% increase on last year! 

A huge thank you to all those that took part and donated a toy and well done to everyone involved! Your dedication and hard work have made this event a tremendous success.
