For over 13 years, Hasbro has been a dedicated supporter of KidsOut, contributing to various initiatives that bring joy and support to disadvantaged children. Here are a few of the key highlights from their partnership:

Toy Box Packing: Hasbro’s staff have packed thousands of toy boxes over the years. Notably, they packed 1,200 toy boxes in Newport during the first part of the COVID-19 pandemic and another 1,800 toy boxes in May 2021. These boxes, filled with brand-new toys, have been distributed to children in refuges, helping to reduce stress and promote family bonding.

Operation Smiles: During the holiday season, Hasbro’s Operation Smiles initiative transformed a London refuge into a winter wonderland with festive decorations, gifts, and food, creating a magical Christmas experience for children and their mums.

Christmas Donations: Hasbro has consistently donated toys during the holiday season. In 2020 alone, they donated 13,125 toys, including popular games like Cluedo and Monopoly, which were distributed to children in need.

Christmas Parties: Hasbro has hosted Christmas parties for KidsOut, including a memorable event for 100 children at the Heathrow Thistle Hotel. The parties featured games, face painting, and a visit from Santa, ensuring every child had a gift to take home.

Ongoing Support: Throughout the years, Hasbro’s contributions have been invaluable, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic when the demand for toy boxes surged. Their support has helped KidsOut continue its mission to provide fun and happiness to children in refuges.

Hasbro is continuing its valuable support this year by offering a donation of an astounding 1,200 toyboxes, vital toy box packing, help with a DIY/SOS on a large refuge in the London area and even more CSR Volunteering days!
