During the Christmas period, KidsOut was proud to support a multi-city outreach initiative delivered in partnership with Skill Lab C.I.C, helping children and families experience joy and kindness during the festive season.

With presents supplied by KidsOut, the Skill Lab C.I.C team distributed gifts across several cities, ensuring support reached those who needed it most and bringing moments of happiness into communities at a challenging time of year.

The outreach began in Sheffield, where a special Santa’s Grotto event was delivered in partnership with Sheffield Wednesday Football Club. We are also grateful to Longley Four Greens Community Centre for providing a warm and welcoming venue for local children and families to celebrate.

From Sheffield, gifts were delivered to families in Nottingham, followed by further distributions in Derby, supporting children and households facing difficult circumstances.

The initiative concluded in Luton with door-to-door handouts, ensuring even more families received presents in time for Christmas. The response was incredibly moving, with heartfelt thanks from families across all locations.

We are thankful to Skill Lab C.I.C for delivering this outreach with such care and dedication. Together, we were able to bring hope, joy and moments of normality to children and families across multiple communities.
