Are you ready to take on one of the UK’s most iconic adventures? The National Three Peaks Challenge will push your limits, test your determination and reward you with some of the most breathtaking scenery Britain has to offer.
This iconic challenge is one of the UK’s most demanding endurance adventures — combining physical stamina, mental resilience, teamwork, determination and personal achievement through some of the most spectacular scenery in the UK.
Over the course of your expedition, you will attempt to summit:
• Ben Nevis – Scotland
• Scafell Pike – England
• Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) – Wales

More than just a mountain challenge – it’s an experience you’ll never forget
THE CHALLENGE
Your adventure begins in the Scottish Highlands with the towering Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest mountain at 1,345 metres. From here, you’ll travel approximately 260 miles south to the Lake District, where Scafell Pike awaits. Standing at 978 metres, England’s highest peak offers a spectacular mix of rocky terrain, steep climbs and incredible panoramic views. For the final ascent, you’ll then head around 200 miles towards North Wales to summit Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). At 1,085 metres, Wales’ highest mountain provides the perfect finale to an extraordinary journey across three nations.
Across the challenge, you’ll tackle approximately 23 miles (37km) of mountain trails, climb a combined 3,000 metres and cover around 460 miles by road between the peaks. With the clock ticking towards the 24-hour target, you’ll experience everything from exhilarating summit climbs to the camaraderie of travelling through the night with your fellow challengers.
There will be tough moments, aching muscles and plenty of determination required, but also laughter, encouragement and unforgettable memories. And when you reach that third summit, you’ll know you’ve achieved something truly by special conquering Britain’s three highest national peaks in one epic adventure, whilst raising vital funds for children and youong people affected by domestic abuse.

Entry Cost: £625, including £125 non-refundable deposit to secure your place. Staggered payment in place.
Fundraising Target: £500
We ask all participants to aim for the fundraising target, although many supporters often raise significantly more.Every pound raised helps us make a meaningful difference in the lives of children affected by domestic abuse.
